Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your audience.

What we collect

Account information you give us (name, email, business name, logo), the calendars, offers, products, and settings you create, and billing information processed by our payment provider Stripe (we never see or store your card numbers). When visitors use a published calendar, we record privacy-friendly analytics (views, door opens, conversions) using a signed visitor cookie that contains no personal information.

Leads you collect

If you enable signup forms on your calendars, your audience's names, email addresses, and consent choices are stored in your workspace. You are the controller of that data; we store it for you, protect it with workspace isolation, and never use it for our own marketing. Marketing consent is recorded separately and stays pending until verified.

How we use data

To run your account and campaigns, process subscriptions, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for subscription payments, Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication, and storage, and optional sign-in with Google or Lovable. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Security

Customer data is isolated per workspace and protected by row-level security. Private files (such as digital downloads) are stored in private storage and only served after authorization checks. Administrative actions on customer accounts are recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

You can export your leads as CSV at any time, correct your profile in Settings, and cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Contact us to request account deletion.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and preserve your content after cancellation so you can return. We delete data on verified deletion requests, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

This policy describes the service as it actually works today and is provided for review before launch. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on it.
