Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Countdown Magic Pro.
The service
Countdown Magic Pro is a subscription software service that lets you create interactive promotional calendars with numbered doors, publish them to your audience, collect leads, and review campaign analytics. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency).
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. One person or business per account; agency plans may manage multiple calendars for clients within their workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Your content after cancellation
When a subscription ends, your calendars, leads, and other content are preserved. Paid features become unavailable, but your data is not deleted. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful campaigns; to distribute malware or spam; to infringe others' rights; or to attempt to access another customer's workspace or data. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, with an audit record of administrative actions.
Selling through calendars
Product offers in calendars currently link to your own external checkout. You are responsible for your own products, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance with consumer laws. Countdown Magic Pro does not process buyer payments for your products.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features over time and will not remove paid features during an active paid period without providing comparable value.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Countdown Magic Pro is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
